In this new version of CarlaPic, it is now possible to manage the entire process from creating an expense report to submitting it to control in the mobile application. Initially designed to take photos of receipts, the application now allows:- Create expense reports- To allocate to these expense reports the costs generated from photos of supporting documents and/or via the "sharing" function of digital supporting documents received by email and/or collected on supplier sites- To submit to the control the expense reports thus completedVery easy to access, the dashboard offered by CarlaPic shows you the actions remaining to be carried out (expenses remaining to be allocated in a note, expense note in progress and remaining to be submitted for control). If you are a manager, CarlaPic provides you with the list of notes you still need to check.This new version now has a new function for viewing the receipts for each expense, which is very comfortable.
